We, the "Japan Gacha Gacha Association", are working to bring smiles to people around the world with the "power of Gacha Gacha". We believe that "a country with GACHA GACHA is a peaceful country" and that we want to bring smiles to the faces of the people in the city. The three pledges of the Gachagacha Association and its members are: 1. to love Gachagacha with all our hearts; 2. to spread the joy of Gachagacha to everyone; 3. to bring peace to the world through Gachagacha; and 4. to make the world a better place through the power of Gachagacha. We advocate February 17 every year as "GACHA-GACHA Day" Penny King Company (now Penny Corporation), founded on February 17, 1965, is the originator of GACHA-GACHA in Japan. LO Hardman, the president of Penny King Company, is the person who contributed to the birth of capsule toys in Japan. If Penii Shokai had not introduced Gachagacha to Japan, we might not have the Gachagacha culture we have today. 私たち一般社団法人「日本ガチャガチャ協会」では、「ガチャガチャの力」で世界の人々に笑顔を届ける活動をしています。「ガチャガチャがある国は平和です」、街の人達をみんな笑顔にしたいと考えています。

毎年2月17日は「ガチャガチャの日」として提唱します。1965年2月17日に創立したペニイ商会（現：株式会社ペニイ）が日本のガチャガチャの発祥となっています。そのペニーキングカンパニー社長である LO Hardman 氏こそが、日本カプセル玩具誕生への貢献者です。もしペニイ商会が日本にガチャガチャを導入しなかったら、今のガチャガチャ文化はなかったかもしれません。そのため、ペニイの創立した2月17日が「ガチャガチャの日」となりました。
